Author of Hello Healthy You, Jenny Rosborough, is a Registered Nutritionist, specialising in child nutrition and weight management. Jenny has a degree in Sports Science and English (Loughborough University) and a Masters in Nutrition (Kings College, London).
In her role as a Public Health Nutritionist, Jenny has worked across many different settings, nationally and internationally, with adults, children, health and fitness professionals, students, teachers and early years staff to educate on, and inspire, health behaviour change.
Jenny’s passion is to communicate practical family nutrition and health messages in ways that can be understood, implemented and sustained.
Current roles
Child Weight Management Specialist and Training Consultant, Healthy Weight Partnership. Jenny contributes to the development of MEND (the largest child weight management community programme) and trains health professionals to deliver successful family weight management programmes across the UK, America, Canada and the Netherlands.
Develops and delivers Fussy Eating Workshops in Surrey.

Co-developer of the Association for Nutrition’s (AFN) ‘Nutritionists in practice’ group, to raise awareness of the role of a Registered Nutritionist.
